Owner and Founder, Kristen Abear, came to me last year looking to gain clarity on her linked jewelry endeavor, and wanted to start off on the right foot. One of the first businesses of its kind here in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Saldare hit the ground running in the local jewelry scene.

The name Saldare was chosen because of its direct Italian translation, “to weld, to join together.” Short, sweet, and classy, this name would be the foundation of the personality behind the brand. From linked rings, necklaces, and friendship bracelets, Saldare’s purpose is more than just beautifully linked jewelry - it’s about connecting people and moments.
